Happy Place

Sean left Friday morning to head down to St. George and Mesquite for some much needed golf with the boys this weekend.  It's been a long stressful winter so I hope this chases some blues away (I'm pretty sure Mother Nature still has some tricks up her sleeve for us though!).  

We know he is having a fabulous time but we are missing him like crazy!!  Apparently my wrestling skills are not up to "Daddy" standards.  I had to call in some re-enforcements yesterday, Thanks Sam and Gabby for coming over to play!

If you need me next weekend, I'll be at the spa!

Ughhhhh.....Monday Morning

A typical Monday morning starts with us running out the door late. We get a couple blocks down the street to see that they have closed the road for construction. Detour....except this detour takes us nowhere! As we weave our way through the neighborhoods to find our way out we finally make it to Redwood rd and stop, we are now stuck in traffic. I'm starting to get nervous because Adi is quickly draining her bottle and if she hits bottom we are all in trouble (man that girl can eat!). I am very annoyed with the traffic and mumbling to myself when Gar asks from the backseat "Mom, do you think we will make it there before nap time?" Who could have a bad day after that?

Yep....this is going as well as I thought

I really had good intentions on trying to post the happenings in our lives regularly. New goal,try to update monthly.......

Let's catch up folks......

As the new year begins we find ourselves in a routine of work, preschool for Gar and Adilee just getting cuter every day. 

I become a hermit this time of year because I do not like the cold weather, I know, I definitely live in the wrong state not to like the cold. However, Sean and Gar are not deterred by the cold and they go out and play as often as they can. Gar got a new snowboard from Santa so Sean has taken him to the hill to learn.

Gar turned 4 in January so we had a party for him at Chuck E Cheese.  He can hardly control his excitement!

Good times have been had at the Bartholomew's.....
