March

Happy Birthday to me, Happy Birthday to me....... Can't we stay 25 forever!?! Sean and the kids took me to Tepanyaki, yummy! I even got a dinner in with my sisters this month, that definitely doesn't happen enough!!
Next up, St Patrick's Day. We tried to catch some leprechauns at our house so we tried to build a trap. Unfortunately, they got away but left us with Lucky Charms hidden in our dryer and turned our milk green. We'll build bigger and better next year!

Adi's daycare class made t-shirts for St. Patrick's. The front read, No I'm not a Leprechaun and on the back they put their green hand prints.
We had Alex and Ella for a weekend and we were starting to go stir crazy so we took a trip to the Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving Point. The kids had a blast, I didn't think we would ever get them to leave the sand and water exhibit!!

February

Apparently not much went on in February! I was going through all the pictures we have loaded in the computer and there was just a lot of random pictures. So I thought I would share this one, the kid cracks me up!! I could have sworn there were some Valentine's picture in there but I can't find where I put them. Oh well, not my favorite holiday anyways. Oops

Happy Birthday Dad!

Gobble Gobble!

Gar is thankful for....

1. His sister
2. Sleeping in his fort
3. His animals and toys

So simple and so meaningful!

I couldn't let the holiday pass without sharing what I am most grateful for. First and foremost I am the most grateful for my family. I am so extremely thankful for my two beautiful and healthy children, they are the lights of my life! I have an amazing husband that just keeps getting better with age! I have a roof over my head, food in my cupboards and the freedom we have to enjoy it all!

HaPpY HaLlOwEeN!!

What a busy month we've had! We went to the pumpkin patch on 90th South with the Bartholowmew's and picked out our pumpkins and than the kids went and picked out their costumes for the big day.

We did our pumpkin carving at The Milne Manor........nothing like power tools to carve those pumpkins!

The following weekend we went to The Milne Manor again for their Annual Halloween Party! What a blast! There was a game of pin the wart on the witch, a real magician, the mummy wrap, pinata and the adults had to find a piece of bubblegum in a bowl of whip cream and be the first to blow a bubble. Thanks Uncle Tom and Aunt Carey!

We had a girls (Kim, Sue, Carey, Kaley, Steph and I) night out and we went to Witchapalooza. I'm pretty sure we'll make it an another annual tradition. It was so much fun!

And here's our cute Trick or Treaters, Gar and Sam loved it this year!

Bring on Thanksgiving.......

Hippity Hop and You Don't Stop

Happy Easter!

Another great holiday down..... This is Gar on Sunday morning with his Easter basket. He was so excited to have that Bunny come, he had us up before 7 am to find the eggs we had colored.

A little later in the afternoon I jumped in the shower and when I came back out to check on Gar he had fallen asleep on the couch, he never does that! (We are still trying to figure out how Aunt Kim got him to take a nap every day because he never has done that for us). In his basket he had gotten Gummy Bunny teeth which he apparently had put them in his mouth before he fell asleep.

Great Grandma and Grandpa Hardy had us over to their house for Easter lunch. Grandma Natalie never disappoints the kids when we come over, she's always got the best prizes! Here she is reading a story to the kids before the egg hunt.

Got Green?

Those naughty little Leprechaun's visited our house yesterday. They decided to raid our fridge and turned our milk, juice and sour cream green. They even drew shamrocks on our tortillas! Gar has decided that next year we are going to set some traps to see if we can capture them. Who couldn't use a Pot o' Gold?

Happy St Patrick's Day
